Our Policy

 

1. ALL RULES ARE TO BE ABIDE BY ALL CLIENTS AND STAFF

2. STAFF IS NOT HERE TO TOLERATE ABUSE FROM CLIENTS OR OTHER STAFF.

3. IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS, EXPRESS THEM CARMLY.

4. OUR JOB AS A GROOMER IS TOO FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES OF ANIMAL CARE AND SAFETY.  THIS IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE PET.  WE WILL DO OUR UPMOST BEST TO CATER THE CLIENTS NEEDS, BUT WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PUT THE PETS NEEDS FIRST, HUMANITY BEFORE VANITY.

5. WE WILL NOT TOLERATE AGGRESSIVE PETS.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ANY PET THAT WE FEEL IS TOO AGGRESSIVE.  WE ARE NOT HERE TO BE HURT AND THE PET IS NOT HERE TO BE HURT OR STRESSED. 

6. A MUZZLE MAY BE REQUIRED FOR SNAPPY PETS, FOR THE SAFETY OF THE GROOMER AND PET.

7. IF THE PET IS TOO AGGRESSIVE AND STRESSED, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE.

8. ANY UNFINISHED GROOM, PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR OUR TIME AND USE OF EQUIPMENT.

9. IF AN EXTRA GROOMER IS REQUIRED TO ASSIST WITH YOUR PET, A FEE WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR THE EXTRA GROOMER. A SECOND GROOMER IS ONLY REQUIRED WHEN YOUR PET IS UNCONTROLABLE AND SNAPPY.  THE SECOND GROOMER HELPS TO HOLD AND CALM THE PET DOWN.

10. ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE PAID UPON RETRIEVING YOUR PET.  WE ARE NOT A CHARITY, WE ARE A PLACE OF BUSINESS.

11. WE DO NOT HAVE TO INFORM YOU OF ANY INCREASE IN PRICES; IT IS OUR DESCRETION WHETHER OR NOT WE INFORM YOU.

12. A FEE WILL INCUR IF A CANCELATION OF AN APPOINTMENT IS NOT CANCELED AT A MINIMUM 4HRS PRIOR THE APPOINTMENT TIME.  AS THE GROOMER IS BOOKED FOR THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, THEY STILL HAVE TO BE PAID FOR THERE TIME.   FEE'S- $30 PER DOG

13. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, A FEE WILL INCUR FOR OUR TIME AND MISSED REPLACEMENT CLIENT.

14.  IT IS IMPORTANT TO CONTACT US FOR ANY CANCELATIONS AS THIS WILL HELP KEEP THE COSTS DOWN.

15. ALL DETAILS OF CLIENT AND PET MUST BE PROVIDED.

16. IF WE AT ANY STAGE NEED TO CONTACT THE OWNERS OF THE PET CONCERNING THAT WE MAY HAVE TO CLIP OR SHAVE DOWN THE PET BECAUSE OF CONDITION OF COAT. IF WE CAN NOT CONTACT THEM, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROCEDE AHEAD AND GROOM WHAT WE DEEM NECESSARY FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE PET.

17. ANOTHER PERSON CAN BE NOMINATED TO PICK UP YOUR PET.  IDENTIFICATION OF THAT NOMINATED PERSON MUST BE PROVIDED AND ALONG WITH PAYMENT FOR SERVICE UPON RETRIEVING YOUR PET.

18. A RELEASE FORMS MUST BE SIGNED BEFORE GROOMING COMMENCES.  IF NOT COMPLETED, YOUR PET WILL BE DECLINE OF OUR SERVICES.

19. IF YOUR PET IS TO AGGRESSIVE AND NEEDS SEDATION, IT IS YOUR DECISION TO HAVE THE PET  SEDATED AS WE DON’T LIKE TO HAVE THEM SEDATED.  IF THIS IS THE ONLY WAY WE CAN FINISH THE GROOM, THE OWNER HAS TO SIGN A SEDATION RELEASE FORM REMOVING US FROM ANY OCURRENCES THAT MAY PRESENT ITSELF FROM THE SEDATION.  IF THE RELEASE FORM IS NOT SIGNED THEN THE OWNER EITHER LEAVE THE WAY IS OR HAVE A VETERINARIAN TO COMPLETE THE GROOM.

20.      IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE ON PICK UP OF YOUR PET, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD YOUR PET  UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE.  BOARDING FEES WILL APPLY WITH THE PAYMENT.

21.     IF YOUR PET IS NICKED/CUT BY US AND REQUIRES VET CARE, YOU HAVE 48 HRS TO RECEIVE THAT VET CARE AT OUR VET AND WE WILL PAY FOR THE VET CARE RETAINING ONLY TO THE INJURY.  IF SEVERELY MATTED AND IS NICKED/CUT WE WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY INJURIES.  AS CAUSTION IS TAKEN AT ALL TIMES FOR PREVENTION.
