Q.  How do i become a Host?

A.  Simiply click on the Pet Party below and fill out the application.  Once processed you will receive a email with you coupon code that you email or send to your friends.  Once the sales are complete you will be notified of your party sales so you can then spend you Host Benefits.

Q.  What do my friends do with the coupon code?

A.  When they place their order it will ask for a coupon code which they will need to enter to receive their discount and for you to receive yours.  This will also tell us what orders go to what Hosts.

Q.  Is there postage on orders?

A.  Yes.  Everyone will need to pay for postage on top of their total sales.

Q.  What if we want to send an item back?

A.  Everyone has to choose carefully as there is no refunds.  If it is a manufacturing problem and it proves so then we will replace the item.

Q.  How long will delivery take?

A.  Please allow up to 2-3 weeks.  If  an items is out of stock you will be notified and your order adjusted.  This will also mean the Host Sales will change as well.

Q.  Do you have consultants?

A.  No not at this stage.  It is something we would like to look at in the future as a way for others who would like to make an income.
