PLEASE NOTE FOR DOUBLE COAT BREEDS- if a second groomer is required to help with the service
because of bad coat condition and we are trying to give the required length for the owner(meaning longer
than a shave down), an additional fee of $66/hr will incur for second groomer. As this takes the
second groomer away from grooming other dogs.
Reasons for Fee's- As we have staff to groom your dog and you don't turn up we still have to pay wages for staff to stand around doing nothing. Please ring to cancel as we can try and put someone else in that time slot. If you are late for your appointment you may not receive you groom as it may put all other appointments behind which is not fair on other clients to run late on their appointments. We always do our best to run to schedule and we would appreciate it if you can apply to the schedule. Early Drop Off & Late Pick Up is simply to pay the staff members wage who is too start earlier or stay later.
Cancelation Fee applies for no shows without contacting us to cancel appointment/s. Fee: $30 per dog
